1. What this website is

This website is an informational and enquiry-based catalogue for gas and heating equipment, fittings and trade hardware. It does not currently support online ordering, payment or checkout. Category pages describe products at a general level; they are not binding offers to sell specific stock at a specific price.

2. Enquiries and orders

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract of sale. Any order is only formed once we separately confirm price, specification, availability and delivery with you in writing, outside this website. Orders that do proceed are subject to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for consumers) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and any separately agreed trade terms (for business customers).

3. Gas equipment and installation

We supply gas and heating equipment and parts only. We do not install, connect or service gas appliances. Any installation, connection or repair work involving gas must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Nothing on this website should be read as an offer of installation, commissioning or servicing services by us.

4. Accuracy of content

We aim to describe categories accurately, but specific listings (dimensions, connector standards, pressure ratings) must be confirmed with us before you rely on them for a purchase. We do not guarantee that this website is free of errors or omissions at all times.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this website belong to M25 GLOBAL LTD or are used under licence, except where credited otherwise (see image credits on the About page). You may not reproduce or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law (such as for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
