Regulators & Valves

A gas regulator with a three-way outlet and needle valves attached to a cylinder.

Regulators control the pressure of gas leaving a cylinder before it reaches an appliance or pipework. Standard domestic regulators typically deliver low pressure (28–37 mbar); adjustable industrial regulators cover a wider 0–4 bar range. OPSO (over-pressure shut-off) regulators add a safety cut-off if outlet pressure rises above the set limit — commonly specified for static caravans, park homes and fixed LPG installations. We list the standard, connection type and pressure range for every regulator and valve; if a listing does not state the standard you need, contact us before ordering rather than assuming compatibility.

Typically specified for

  • Single-cylinder domestic LPG setups
  • Automatic changeover for twin-cylinder installations
  • Static caravans, park homes and fixed LPG systems
  • Catering and mobile catering equipment

Gas components must be fitted, connected or serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer. ProfessionalGas supplies equipment and parts only — we do not carry out installation, connection or repair work.
